The kit includes multiple eyelet sizes to accommodate a wide range of plated-hole repairs commonly encountered in PCB assemblies. Carbide-tipped ball mills are provided to accurately drill out damaged plated holes and prepare the repair site for eyelet installation.
Precision setting tools and an aluminum support base allow technicians to properly form and flare the eyelets, creating a durable mechanical bond that restores circuit functionality. Additional tools such as a 25× measuring microscope pen, tweezers and cleaning swabs support accurate preparation and handling during repair operations.
